How AmeriDream Benefits Homebuyers!

Today, many first-time homebuyers, minorities, and other underserved groups face extreme challenges in their efforts to achieve homeownership. Our goal is to help these individuals and families have access to safe and affordable homes. We meet this goal by removing one of the biggest obstacles in the home buying process – providing gift funds for down payment and closing costs. Through our AmeriDream Gift Downpayment Program, we provide up to 10% in funds for down payment assistance that never have to be repaid.

Funds for our gift assistance program come from AmeriDream’s Home Fund, a fund established specifically for down payment assistance. Our goal is to help provide an affordable solution for low and moderate income individuals and families who qualify for mortgage loans but lack the funds they need for down payment and closing costs.
